  • Q1:Does BBI offer OEM?
    Yes BBI offers OEM through pre made custom formulations and pre made custom packaging/containers. We help you choose the ones consistent to your business goals and brand positioning. In addition to OEM we also offer ODM in case you would like to specify your own unique formulation of core product or packaging/container.
  • Q2: What products can we buy from BBI ?
    We offer an array of nail and cosmetics products. We offer gel polish, makeup and skincare products to choose from. More specifically we offer: Nail Gel Polish, Enhancement nail gel, nail art series and many more Foundation, concealer (stick, pen, liquid format), Two-way powder, Powder Eyeshadow (powder pressed, liquid, stick, cream format) Lipstick (stick, pan lip rouge, liquid format) Makeup primers and skin care etc.
  • Q3: Can I print my own brand/logo on the products?
    Of course. You can send us the logo of your company along with its guidelines and we will proceed accordingly. Please note that customers are required to submit the official logo design documents, as well as the process requirements for the logo, such as silk screen printing or electroplating, or several colors for logo.
  • Q4: Who are we?
    Bluesky Beauty Innovations (BBI) is the OEM/ODM division of the BLUESKY Group of Companies, Offering a wide range of high-quality nail and cosmetics products to all women around the world. OEM/ODM or private labelling is not only production but a process starting from the initial consultation of business goals and brand positioning all the way to fulfilling the customer’s business orders to the hands of the end-consumers. Established in 2007 and up until now, Bluesky Beauty Innovations has built a strong reputation in the global Beauty Industry based on its value proposition which is characterized by: Innovation, Quality, Service.
  • Q5: Could you send samples prior to our ordering?
    Of course we can. In fact, for a small number of samples there is no extra charge. For a larger number a freight charge needs to be pre paid and will be refunded to you towards your first order.
  • Q6: Can I place a small order in order to test the market?
    Of course. We do accept small orders, but we first need to confirm the availability of packaging material. If the packaging material needs to be re-selected and produced, then we need to examine it on a per case basis, as different products have different MOQs, usually starting from 10,000-12,000 pieces.
  • Q7: How do you deliver samples?
    The commonly used international express couriers is FEDEX, DHL, TNT, or you can always provide us with your express courier account number, and we can use it to send the samples. The only thing we will need from you is to provide us with shipping information, such as address and contact details.
  • Q8: What's the MOQ if I want to order with my brand logo?
    The minimum order quantity is determined by the selected customized products, usually starting from 10,000 pieces. For example, we may proceed with an order for lipsticks around 200-500 pcs, if they are in stock. However, if you wish to produce colors, the MOQ is 1,000 pcs. But, if the packaging materials are not in stock, the MOQ is usually 10,000-12,000 pcs. You could always contact our experienced Sales Department for more information.
  • Q9:Could we send you our samples and produce accordingly?
    Yes. You can send us your samples and any additional specifications that you wish. Our professional engineers will develop and test, and send the samples to you for final confirmation prior to production.
  • Q10: How do I place an order?
    We have a specific procedure to follow. Once you confirm your interest our sales department will share with you all the steps of the order procedure.
  • Q11: What is your delivery time?
    If the products are in stock, our delivery time ranges from 3 to 10 days. If it is not in stock and you require private logo or custom color production, the delivery time would range from 25 to 60 days.
  • Q12:What choices of Color & Packing & Shipping do you have?
    In regards to color, you may select from our wide range of colors found in our Color Charts or we can create a custom color for you. Regarding packing, you may choose to use a specific OEM packing or you may opt to use standard box packing. The shipping methods may include EMS, DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, by air, or by Sea
  • Q13: What are your Payment terms?
    Our payment terms are 50% deposit when you give us your official order/request and 50% balance before shipment. Please note that we accept T/T, Western Union or PAYPAL
  • Q14: Which shipment choices are available?
    You can select shipment by sea, to your nearest port, or by air, to your nearest airport.
  • Q15:What is the shipping choice that you recommend?
    We suggest shipment by air Express for cargos below 100kg, and Shipment by sea for cargos above 100kg.
  • Q16: Do you have any other packaging options, as I don’t like the one you are offering?
    Of course. As we are provide OEM products we can always change the packaging according to your request. We can propose additional packaging alternatives to you or you may send us photos of a reference packaging option that you are interested. Our development team will revert with finding similar packaging options.
  • Q17: How do you guarantee product quality?
    We follow all international production quality standards such as GMP. In addition, we follow quality control in all stages of production. From sourcing of raw material, to filling, to mixing to packing. Finally our final inspection includes the following two steps. We send you a pre-production sample prior to production for your confirmation. We do a final Inspection prior to shipment.
  • Q18: How do you check all the products in the production line?
    As part of the international quality control standards that we follow, we carry out pre planned and specific spot inspections for every production process. We also do a product inspection to the final product.
  • Q19: Do you offer after-sale service?
    We have a Customer Service team. You may contact us by all means of communication. Chats (Whatsapp, Email, WeChat, SKYPE), Video conference calls (e.g. Zoom) or by telephone.
  • Q20:What can we do if we find quality or quantity problems upon products’ receipt?
    If you experience any quality or quantity problem upon your products’ receipt, kindly send us photos and video that clearly indicates the problem. Within 24 hours we will evaluate the situation and come back to you with a proposed solution.
  • Q21: Are the import custom duties fees included in the product cost?
    Kindly note that all import taxes and charges are not included in the product cost. These charges are over and above and shall be borne by the customer. Kindly check with your country’s Customs to find out all related costs. If products are returned or destroyed due to the failure of custom-clearance, the related cost will be paid by the customer.
  • Q22: What are BBI’s OEM advantages?
    BBI has a long experience in OEM of over 12 years. We have a range of small and large international customers who have trusted us over the years. BBI’s team of engineers and professionals have extensive knowledge and experience. We run a product quality control, with testing and sampling and production. We comply with EU regulations and all of our products have MSDS. We have CPSR and CPSA from INTERTEK, our factory has a GMP certificate from SGS, while all our products are registered to CPNP. We are constantly up-to-date with any new certification and testing standards. Finally we follow a strict project management plan to meet your own schedule and your own deadlines (e.g. time to market, launches etc). Last but certainly not least, we offer an excellent and dedicated after-sales Customer Service team that is always there to fully support you.
